I went to the Cartier and America exhibition today at the Legion of Honor and it was fantastic. Very well curated and it just blew me away to see the level of craftsmanship and truly astonishing gems from amazing heritage. The highlight for me was Grace Kelly's engagement ring. There was a video clip of her wearing it in her last movie 'High Society', she uses a hot breath to steam up the 10ct beauty before polishing it up on a satin pillow, simply stunning. Elizabeth Taylor's diamond and ruby suite was also on display and words can't really describe just how beautiful it is.
